Kyrgyzstan is a great place for paragliding. 94% of the country are the high mountains of the Tien-Shian and Pamir ranges. Stunning views and exciting flights attract pilots from various countries who fly over the magnificent landscapes and plains of Kyrgyzstan.
The highest mountain valley Suusamyr is the heart and pearl of the Tien Shan mountains. This is a wide and long valley, located between two beautiful lakes with snowy peaks up to 4500 m. The valley Suusamyr has an altitude of 2200 meters, and ups – up to 3000 meters.
The best thermal conditions begin here in May and continue until the end of September. 100 km long and 30 km wide in a triangular valley provides fantastic opportunities for large XC flights. The agreed high-altitude ceiling for paragliders is 5000 meters.
